3 in 1week-100 ISLAND – sagada -Palaui Day 1

I was so excited for our trip. We had a budget of 7000each for all the trip. We prayed that everything would go well. We left home around 4am. Arrived the five star bus terminal around 5am. 
Our bus bounded for alaminos pangasinan left around 5:30am. Bus ride was 395pesos. It was a long drive to alaminos. We arrived at 11am. When we arrived at the terminal. We got a tricycle going to Brgy Lucar wharf for the hundred island escapade. Ride was about 20mins, cost 70pesos. We prayed to God that we find a companion for the hundred island tour. We register at the tourism office. Entrance fee was 20pesos per island. We were giving options.

With just the both of us, we were expecting to pay about 400pesos. With the 800day tour it would Include only 3 developed island of our own choice and also get to choose which island we could stay for a while. If we would choose service boat of 1400. It’s gon be unlimited island. Since we were on a tight budget, we asked the tourist agent that we would like to join other tourist in their boat and we would also share in whatever tour package they chose. We got lucky, we were able to find a family of 17 tourist who are willing to include us. They chartered the day tour which includes only 3island  tour and beach stay at children’s island.  They got 2boats worth 2000pesos good for 10perspn per boat. 2000persons shared on 19heads. We were required to pay just 105pesos. Tipid noh,… Hehe

Cubao to alaminos-  395pesos

Dagupan to baguio fare- 220pesos
Baguio hotel- 500pesos

Boo getaway – Cagbalete island

Boo friends again… Heheh

We left Cubao around 4am. Our friend emz had a car. So she had to drive.  We picked up our friend in ortigas around 4:30am. Then started our trip to Cagbalete island.
It was a long ass drive. Good thing my finned knows how to drive fast. We had to catch up the passenger boat from mauban port to Cagbalete island at around 10am. We took this route

 Stopped over jollibee in rizal to eat 🙂 we wanted to buy a bucket of chicken in rizal in which we could eat for our lunch there in Cagbalete. However we decided not to in the meanwhile coz it might get cold before we reach there. We decided to buy the chicken joy there in mauban port. 
As soon as we reached mauban it was 9am. We tried to look for jollibee in mauban or any fast food. But we could find any. We asked a local guy, he said there are no fast food nor carinderia there in mauban port. He suggested that we need to buy the food In the market and then cook it there in Cagbalete. We also asked if it was possible to buy food there in Cagbalete. He said yes we could but it would cost more. We decided to buy fresh food and cook it there in Cagbalete. 
We arrived the port around 9:30am. They told us the passengers boat which was 50per person to Cagbalete is now full and they already left. The next trip would be at 2pm. We decided to take the private boat. Private boat for 6-9 person would cost 2500 round trip. We were 8 so we divided it 300each. We had an agreement with the boat man to  come and pick us up at around 2pm the next day. 
Our trip to Cagbalete island was long ass sailing. Lol they said it would be only about 35mins.  But it was more than an hour ride. Trust me. When we arrived. It was very very low tide.
Anyways here is the main thing in Cagbalete 

The place looks good. Tho my friends didn’t like it that much coz it was always low tide.
We had to walk down  to swim but still the beach was just up to our knee. It was ok. We have up. Then started taking pics.
We checked in at villa cleofas resort.  

We had a bamboo hut for 1000pesos. Entrance fee at the resort was 50each. Although there are 5 of us, we told them that we are 4. So we paid just 200. Heheh  it was ok. The electricity in Cagbalete was from 6pm to 6am.  So u can charged ur gadgets during this time, It’s better to buy cooked food outside. But since that was no longer our option we decided to cook. In order to cook. We had to rent the gas stove it was 50pesos per burner per 30mins. Wow diba ang mahal hahah. The to use the cooking wares like pot plate and spoon is 50pesos too for ur stay. 

After cooking slimming ulit. Hehe




Public restroom was ok. Clean as expected.

A lot of people rented a tent. It’s more economical.  Night Swiming was ok. Still low tied tho.my friend was angry. Haha I told her it was ok. Lol. Abit of mosquitoes if u rent a bamboo hut better get off lotion.

Getting ready to depart from Cagbalete.  We arrived mauban around 5pm.  Then arrived Manila at 9pm. Had a joy ride. Passed through Isdaan and pansol Laguna. Hope you guys enjoyed it. stayed tuned for my next trip. 😄😃😀😊☺️
